Today is so lit with IIs and acceptances! Congrats everyone with great news!!

Not to rain on the parade but I also joined the WL crew :/

Make sure you articulate why you'd be a good fit at Rochester! I think that was my downfall

I also interviewed September 21st and still haven't heard anything yet. All these acceptances/waitlists these past few days are making me constantly refresh my email though...

There's no section for it in the secondary portal, but could be worth a shot to email admissions! Good luck!

Also interviewed 9/22... Still no word. They did say it's typically 6-8 weeks, though, so hope is still alive! Best of luck to everyone.

I don't think it's a silent reject: schools have a LOT of applications to read and it takes time. I submitted AMCAS the first day and secondaries mid-July and still haven't heard from over half of my schools. All the med students I've talked to have said that many of them/their classmates didn't interview at the school they matriculated at until after the new year. There's still plenty of time. :)

No, but two of the friends I made the same day I interviewed were accepted like three weeks ago. Did they say it'd take 6-8 weeks to get a decision? If so we have like 2 weeks or so left.

interviewed 9/22, and still don't have a response. today is the 7 week mark. (but who's counting anyway...)
