Thank you! :) So I rec'd the deliberations email and then sent in a letter of interest right after that. Then a week or two after that, I got the "likely" letter in the mail. So maybe the letter of interest had something to do with getting the likely letter? The "likely" letter was dated a few days after I sent the LOI.

Hi guys,
Looooonng time lurker on sdn and first time poster. I just got the accepted call maybe 30 min ago, but will likely give up my spot, as I've been accepted elsewhere that's been my dream school. Hope it goes to one of you!! I really loved Mayo while I was there!

But for what it's worth, I was once rejected, resurrected, then interviewed early November, and got the likely letter a few weeks after.

Do you know how many spots are in arizona? Do they have a larger class?

Just got the accepted call a little while ago! This is one of my top choices and I can't believe it. I did receive the likely letter and LOI letter.

I was accepted today!!!! I'm so excited. I had an exam 20 minutes after getting the call, that was fun haha. Resurrected and got the letter anyone wants to know!

Ahh :( looks like those of us who didn't get that letter aren't getting accepted. Freaking bummer man. I thought my interview went so well.
 
Accepted at 4pm pst! I received both the "likely" letter and a personal email from my student interviewer in November.

Starting? What's the point of getting rid of rolling admissions if you are going to send out the letters.

ACCCCEEEEPPPPTTTEEEDD about an hour and a half ago holy moly! I did not get a "likely" letter, but I did get "we're interested in you, are you in us?" type email from admissions director and from the person who interviewed me.

I also never sent an official LOI just a very in depth email :)

#1 Congrats. #2 Darn I didn't get one of those either. I haven't heard from Mayo since my interview.
 
Just curious is there anyone who got a letter that hasn't been accepted yet? Maybe they will run out of those people and start choosing from the rest.

Congrats!!! I've literally had exactly the same things happen to me too. Haven't heard anything yet, but fingers crossed! Thank you for raising my spirits though, at least now I have hope :)

Last year a lot of them were on 1/15, some on 1/16. I haven't looked whether they made appointments prior to those two dates.
