Have you seen Creighton's match list this year? You can really go anywhere you want after graduating from there. Omaha is not that bad of a city and the cost of living is significantly cheaper. I'd go with Creighton if I were you.

I was in a similar position to you a few days ago but I chose Creighton. Better facilities, more research and broad match list. Med school will be tough no matter where you go so it's not like you're going to be spending endless amounts of time exploring either Omaha or DC. GL whatever you decide.

Location is a pretty big deal to me, and I would absolutely hate to live in DC for four years. I'm not sure, but I think the cost is pretty similar between the two schools. I would go with Creighton.
