Case of social phobia

Hi everybody!
I'm in my 3rd year and so far, I really love it. The problem is I'm shy by nature and now I'm terrified of attendings and other "authorities". Especially, when we are being evaluated, I freak out and don't perform at the level I could have. Anyone else here had this problem? If so how you dealt with it. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

If you are actually "freaking out" or having an anxiety attack, see a psychologist. If you are just nervous when presenting to an attending, do a practice run on another med student or resident first.
