I guess that's it for us WL folks. Looks like a +24 for enrollment this year and maybe deferral contracts going out soon.

Could someone please explain deferral contracts in more detail? What are they, how do they decide who gets them and do we know for sure that UCLA is gonna give them out?

It was never directly confirmed by UCLA but someone posted on the thread that someone they knew at UCLA told them as much.

that was a mistake. It wasn't supposed to be 4000. They changed it back to 800.

so is it 4000 characters or 800 characters...trying to prewrite for 2020 cycle. thanks!

They have changed their admissions staff completely: Admissions - David Geffen School of Medicine - Los Angeles, CA. Maybe they can provide us with some update or what we can expect.

The next cycle has started so I'm not sure where this leaves us. Only time will tell.
