SO I am lucky enough to have some options in choosing where I will be over the next few years and its come down to Davis - Prime or UVa.
for my specific situation, I am a CA resident, so davis comes out cheaper and family is nearby, and I am interested in Rural care, so the prime program is a big plus.
On the other hand, UVa has stronger research ties and I went to Davis for undergrad so I am sorta itching to get out of the area.
anyone have any other thoughts on strengths and weaknesses of th programs? neither was my top choice but they were both in my "top tier" schools which i never thought I would have a shot at. I interviewed at Davis so long ago that i dont really remember much about the program, and unfortunately I am overseas doing research so I cant do the 2nd look/revisit wkends.
