I checked with UTH directly and they indeed confirmed that once you are made an offer from another school, UTH can no longer extend an offer. I am assuming this applies to after June 15th.

I just got my acceptance email this morning, looks like I won't have to reapply after all! The waitlist is moving more than I expected...

(And for those who are curious: 3.83 overall, 30 mcat (10/10/10/O), varsity athlete, no research experience)
