Trying to decide if it would be worth it for me to apply to USC-Greenville with a 3.77 GPA and 514 MCAT.
Does the school strongly consider regional/state ties? I've been a resident of NC for the past 12 years or so, but grew up in Charleston, SC and lived there for 8 years. I could make a strong case for wanting to return to SC in the secondary somewhere and about having a soft spot for the state.
I saw that this was part of the secondary from last year:
3. If you are not a South Carolina resident, what relationships, bonds, or interests do you have to this state? (If not applicable, this question may be left blank.)
Thoughts? Or should I substitute with something more high yield?
