+1 waitlist
Is waitlist a death sentence?Hey, guys. Waitlist emails have gone out now. Just got one. Wonder if the rumor that everyone who's not accepted right off the bat is just waitlisted.

+1 waitlist (email). Most likely going to take my name off though. Good luck to those still pulling for WashU!

+1No word yet on my end and I am not seeing any new pages pop up in WUMS Apply. Hmm...
Another question about the WL: anyone know if there's any movement before 4/30 (or I guess 5/1 this year) ? I'm assuming most of it comes after that date, but just curious about before
What kind of pampering was there? I want to experience it vicariously!Man second look was awesome. They really went all out on pampering us and the other prospective students, current students, and faculty were pretty awesome....

No, I didn't. So I did it twice because I'm neurotic.Did anyone who submitted the waitlist inquiry response get some kind of confirmation email? I submitted it yesterday but I'm getting paranoid now that my first attempt didn't work or something.
Haha I'm sure a lot of people did that. They should know that pre-meds are neurotic and have some sort of portal/email confirmation. No, I didn't. So I did it twice because I'm neurotic.
When did you submit your forms?Anybody else get an email that their award is complete but get errors when they try to log into netpartner ?
Did you get to explore the city? Did it sell you on washu??Got a small duffel bag when we first got there including a nice sweatshirt and some other gear and everything paid for all weekend! Lots of open bars and free food. Plus current students were there all the time to chill/show us around. Pretty sweet

email from a week or two ago said they'll go out mid to late AprilAside from the Olin, has anyone received scholarship offers from WashU lately? I know they come out in waves as they get recycled
Hard to tell what's happening here, but my gut instinct is telling me this could be a post-II rejection. Even still, if they had our fates decided, then why not send out the rejection notices at the same time as everyone's waitlist notification? Unless it's active decision and they're still deciding who to waitlist, hence the April 15th deadline
Has anyone figured out if they reject post interview? I haven't heard anything from WashU since my interview in early December and I am thinking a rejection is coming my way.
Haha that would be great, but I highly doubt it. Is there anyone else who has not heard anything?...or maybe it's an acceptance?

Also haven't heard anything. We have to hear back before 4/15 I think.

Just was able to see my financial aid award and I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed, considering how generous they say they are. Mine included a $1000 "student contribution" and I make less than $5000 a year at my part-time job!
Just curious, what would your total estimated debt from attending WashU be?Yeah...have to say I'm pretty disappointed too. Much less need-based aid offered than a similar school. I guess this is how they afford a bunch of full scholarships every year.
