Need advice among Mayo,Johns Hopkins and Duke please. I want to be an Ophthalmology Doctor and would like to know which school could be better for me. Thank you!

Ophthalmology, while not the easiest residency to match, is certaintly not the most competitive. Get into any of those schools and you should have no problem given you put in the necessary work since the programs you listed are are some of the highest caliber in the country.
