IN state vs OOS tuition?
In state for UIC; scholarship for Louisville...they work out to about the same financially

UIC....Chicago is more interesting
I don't know much about Louisville's, but from what I have heard UIC is very traditional, almost to a fault. 8-5 lecture/lab with little innovation to the curriculum. Then again, that is just what I have heard. I am sure a current student could comment more. Also, financially did you consider the cost of living in Chicago vs. Louisville. The Louisville scholarship would have to be pretty hefty to make up for rent in chi town...
