Most schools list a requirement of 8 credits of Organic some say (x)years of chemistry through organic. At one university I attended, Organic was broken up into 1 and 2 each semester with a lab for four credits each; this gives you eight credits. However, I had to transfer in-between these two courses for family reasons. The University I moved to broke Organic down into 1 and 2 at three credits each with a one-course two-credit lab. So I am sitting at seven credits in organic because of the structural difference in schools.
Does anyone think this will be an issue for this application cycle?
