Hello everyone!
I'm new to this site. I have been accepted into PGSP's PhD clinical program. I am considering attending the program in the fall. I do understand the long-term ramifications regarding the cost of the education. Putting that aside, I have three questions:
1. Does anyone have any information regarding the quality of the education, employment that graduates have secured, etc.?
2. I also understand in 2010, PGSP's PhD program had an 85% APPIC internship match rate - and there were 41 students that applied for internship. 85% APPIC matched (35), 66% (27) APA matched. How do you compare this to a program that has only 6 students applying for APA internships and gets a 100% match rate?
3. Typically what do students do if they do not get into an APA internship (after applying their first time), and only want to get into an APA internship?
Thank you for your feedback! Best, M
