if money is not a problem, how do you rank them according to their education, research opportunities, and match success.

UNMC > Temple > SLU in my opinion

I agree.

UNMC is a top medical school. Temple is alright. And SLU is alright.
But, if you put costs into there, UNMC is by far the cheapest, then Temple, and then the expensive Saint Louis university.

my rankings also:

UNMC>Temple>SLU

SLU>UNMC>Temple

I think SLU is easily better than both of the other schools. There graduates all go on to amazing residencies according to their match list, and they have a lot of research opportunities. They just recently opened up a brand new, very big, research building. They also have a near new children's hospital that you get to do a lot of your rotations in.

Just my 2 cents...

I think someone should stick up for Temple here. I think it's a great school, with incredible clinical opportunities since it's in a very underserved area (North Philly), and they just opened up a whole brand new MEDICAL SCHOOL, not just a research building. This baby cost $160 million to build, and it's state-of-the-art.
