Official MSUCOM Class of 2012 Thread!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I like how they scheduled 5 unit exams for anatomy. Some are only one week apart. The final is cumulative take home. Shouldn't be a bad semester!

Granted we only had 3 HUGE exams plus the take home in 3 fewer weeks, however, it is going to be a lot busier than I think you recognize :)

If you haven't already, BUY THE ANATOMY SURVIVAL GUIDE and be sure to GO TO ANY REVIEWS OFFERED BY DR. BICE...she will be your new best friend during anatomy :)

I can not wait to meet you all at the picnic, but can someone post some more info about it here as I do not have face book and know very little about it?

thanks,
JB

For Anyone looking for the info about the BBQ, feel free to PM me & I will forward to you the info that we have, to be perfectly honest I don't think you need to be registered on Facebook to view the event page info, because if you PM me with your email address, it gives us a spot to send invites to people not on Facebook!

Here's the link again for the event page and JB, I will send you a PM with all the pertinent info! Looking forward to seeing you there! There are at least 40 people planning on attending from what I can gather and we even ordered T-Shirts for the Bar Crawl portion so even if you aren't a Facebook person, you might want to check it out, we are up to 121 of our classmates on the group page so it is a great resource!

Good luck everyone. Enjoy summer anatomy! Get to know Dr. Bice. She will teach you everything you need to know to get through anatomy. I'm now officially a 4th year at COM, so feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

How many of you guys are out-of-staters? I'm curious if MSU gives out of state residents some type of "now-you-pay-instate-tuition" scholarships or are there actually out of state people paying the $60k+ a year? What options are available? Thanks! I'm not a Michigan resident, but this is one of my first choices...great hospital system, and very close to where my parents now live...since I'm independent that doesn't do a thing for state residency though. :(
