Medical Letter of Intent and Waitlist

[Question]

I am very fortunate to have been accepted off of a waitlist to an MD school recently. Following an interview in September 2021, I wrote a Letter of Intent to another MD medical school. At this point in May, if I were to get accepted at the school where I wrote the Letter of Intent, am I ethically bound to that school at this time?
