How to choose which cardiology programs to apply

Applying to cards this upcoming cycle and looking for advice on how to narrow down choices! I took a look at FREIDA and there are just so many programs such as those in the East Coast and Midwest (e.g. Illinois and Michigan) that I don't know which ones to choose.

Any tips? I've been told to apply very broadly and would like to apply to around 50 programs. Will plan on doing some moonlighting shifts to cover costs. Thanks!
