lol @ this topic....does it really matter all that much? Shouldnt you be more concerned about which school you like more, not which school a bunch of premeds think is the best based on name recognition alone?

Obviously UofI is a world class institution that everyone is going to have heard of. But all 3 I would say are about the same in the med school world, so I would just go to whichever one you felt the best at. Personally I would take UIC (assuming Chicago placement) or Rush just because they're in the city more so then Loyola's hospital.
