These admission stats are SICK! Man, talk about inflation! Are dental schools competitive? I believe these schools should give you an idea. I know both of these are State-Schools, but these admission stats are examples that competitions are out there!

OHSU doesn't suprise me at all. They have always had very high standards and have been rather difficult to get into - especially if you are from out of state. It is a good program and Portland is a wonderful city!

Wow Andy, those are really high. My best friend is going to have a rough time getting into U of MN dental school with those stats compared to the how she's going now. I'll have to get on her case to join the Under 3.0 club.

Ohio State is also a high GPA school, especially for out of staters. I think its around 3.5 to 3.6 for average matriculants GPA, dont be suprised with state schools having high GPA... its just like Medical School standards.
