I've been an A student with a couple of B+, A- and A+. I got a C- in an economics class this semester (junior year) but 2 As and 2 A+. Will this hurt my chances? Or will the As on my transcript account for one outlier? Be honest, I'm fine hearing bad news. I'm planning to apply at the end of May and will graduate in December.

I had a 3.93 cGPA before this and now its down to 3.86. Should I also be editing my school list as a result of this drop?

I have average research (not published), clinical/non-clinical volunteering, shadowing, and extracurriculars. I'm probably going to have a fairly average personal statement too because I'm not a great writer.
Chill. You could have failed that course and still be OK.
