I wanted to check what textbooks are felt to be essential for a general cardiology fellowship?

So far I have:

Braunwald's Heart Disease
Hurst's The Heart
Oh's Echo Manual
Feigenbaum's Echocardiography
Braunwald's Essential Atlas of Heart Disease

What other texts are useful but not overly dense? In particular, are there any recommended books for EKG interpretation, interventional, and EP that can be read cover to cover?

I would like to know that as well. Which cardiology textbook is worth reading cover to cover? Guys, be practical as well :)
