Hello


CD4/CD8 ratio is used to evaluate the strenght of the immune system, specially with HIV-patient. Usually test is conducted from Blood sample. Am I right? Is it possible to use cd4/cd8 ratio to evaluate immune system of some restricted area. For example: could I use cd4/cd8 ratio to define/evaluate immune system of single lession or tumor etc?
