Dear SDN members,
I have always wondered about this situation. I am currently a Master's student in the Cell and Molecular Biology program. It is a 2 year, thesis-based program. However, as a Master's student, I am able (and have been able) to take undergraduate upper division level science courses rather than graduate courses to help my gpa.
Will taking these undergrad courses weigh into my overall undergrad gpa in any way for AAMC? It is almost as if I am doing post-bac while completing an MS degree. Or is not that simple?
Thank you for your time
