A new educational module powerpoint presentation is available with expansion of prior presentations on setting up drug screening, but also including specific risks, special populations and which opiates may be safe (renal/hepatic failure), federal drug laws, comparison of narcotic drug costs per month for equivalent dosages of many drugs, drug potency comparison, side effects, exit strategies, etc. This is a 4MB powerpoint program with 250 slides.

Do I get CME credit for this?
Will it satisfy my state requirement for pain management education?
Hmmm...will have to check it out...thanks for posting.

No and no for CME or state licensure requirements, but these may be implemented in the future...good idea! I will investigate what that would entail.
