When I finish, I'm thinking of doing a plastics fellowship. How hard is it to get one in New York?
Do you need to have close contacts in NY, or would an out of state guy have a chance?
How does the pay work? Would the hosp pay me a yearly amount, or does it depend how many procedures I do?
