My last edit was 8:48pm EST lol. Anyone else having significant anxiety about this? Suggestions for alternate careers are welcome...

Matched to Detroit, really sad about this. Anyone heard any good things about the program? I regret ranking it in my no. 3 now
 
Are there opportunities during fellowship to change programs, or swap positions with another fellowship program?
