Remember, just as you came to these forums for help others will too. Perhaps you should stick around to help them out.

I can see where you're coming from and you definitely make a very valid point...but there's no need to flame him/her to a crisp.

we should all be reminded how others on these boards helped us out when we were wet behind the ears, frantic about submitting our PS and worrying if we were 'good enough'.

When did you interview for AZPOD? I interviewed on the 9th. Still no news.
 
I also interviewed on the 9th haha, no word here either... I know they were going on a two week break so I wonder if the admissions office is off as well.

Thanks man. I am definitely going there for sure. It was always between CSPM (2nd choice) and AZPOD (1st choice). I was glad my first choice accepted me. Great location, less congested then California. So I can live in Arizona happily for next 4 years for sure :D.

I find it VERY interesting that you were wait listed and only a month later they decided to take you off the list. Did you better your application in any way?
 
I had second Pod write me another LOR toward the end of October and I wrote the admissions chair a letter of intent about a week before I was accepted. I had pretty good stats to begin with so I guess that helped as well. I would also throw in a little luck to boot...
