Nice nice! Congrats once again. DMU seems like a sweet school, I don't know if I can pass up School for it though. Oh well, won't have to worry about that until next year.

Haha whoops, I meant 10/05, not 10/25.

Haha thanks I was a little confused. May I ask how was the interview and your thoughts on the school? I have an interview there Nov. 19th, and being originally from NE Ohio, KSU is my top choice. Thanks for the help.

I sent this to someone else, but I'll just put it out here for anyone that will find this helpful about the KSU CPM interview.

There were supposed to be 8 people at the interview, but we only had 7 show up. It's pretty nice, you're welcomed at the front desk by the receptionist and you are taken to the basement where all of the student ambassadors are there, as well as a few faculty members. I was the first one down there and got to talk with the dean a little bit about football (He's a New York Giants fan). You stick with the group the whole time, you spend a majority of your day in a conference room learning about the school and the financial part of the school or touring the school. They then take you one by one to interview. The interview was really really relaxed and laidback. They only asked 3 questions to me. I felt like my interview went real quickly, but it wasn't bad at all. They basically asked me why I wanted to go into podiatry, how will i adjust to studying in this new environment, and how I studied in organic chemistry 2. They asked the orgo question because their school wants you to kind of study like you would for that class and it's taught like that class. Just be calm and be yourself and it will be fine. I stayed at the holiday inn right by the school and it was perfect. You just walk across a field and you're there, plus they give you breakfast vouchers there. They also let you sit in on a class, which was pretty nice. I didn't think this school would be one of my top choices, but after going to it I really like it a lot.

Did they say anything about laptops? Do you have to buy a specific one from them, or anything will do (macs fine?).

They require you have a laptop. I don't know the specifics, but I saw a lot of students with macs so I think you're ok.

Stop getting accepted to DMU people! That's where I want to go! Leave room for me!

hahaha don't worry I liked NYCPM more so you can have my spot haha

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!

Lol, you're the first person to post on this thread an acceptance to DMU and not deposit! Sad day!!

wow.. NYCPM said they are reviewing my application today. I am hoping to have a good news tomorrow... crossing my fingers =( my MCAT wasnt that good.. but so far i got interview offers from temple/kent/dmu/barry/samuel. i really hope to get into NYCPM.. T-T (due to personal preferences) ... pray pray pray pray...

question for temple applicants who got accepted already: How long does it take, usually, for them to make a decision? This is my top choice of the list, so I can get a reply before my second interview =( (save some $$$).

:scared::mad:

I believe the adcoms meet once every two weeks. So, it might be 1 day, or it could be 14.

If you're concerned about money, just schedule your next interview for a month after Temple. That way, if you get in you have plenty of time. If you don't, you'll still be on the calendar for another school.

I scheduled a few interviews after Temple, maybe like 2-3 weeks. But if I were to push some interviews until January, wouldn't the admission officials think I am not into their schools =(?
