I got a phone call. They said they had just started looking at applications and it worked out that my was (pretty much) complete, so if you missing LORs etc then it might be a little bit. Overall they were really nice. PM me if you want details.

Our program director said that they offer interviews before LORs are in and they usually just like them to be in a couple of weeks before the actual interview. I have 0 LOR scanned in and have received an invite to Scott and White. However, I guess every program is different and have different approaches.
