General Admissions & OTCAS Occupational Therapy 2021-2022 cycle graduate school application

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Nothing from Jacksonville which is weird because I thought they were rolling.
I looked on OTCAS and saw it says there's a priority deadline interview on January 29th and then another on March 26th. So I would guess the people for the first interview would hear back in early January but Im not sure.

Hi @Liddo! I agree with the above comment, I have no doubt that USC will receive their accreditation.

Personally, I'm stuck because CSUDH's price tag straight up cannot be beat. I don't want my future self to be regretful choosing a ridiculous amount of debt for a different school, especially because I'm low-income. But the reason I want to keep my option open to USC is because
1) I'd like to stay close to home and commute and 2) I want to practice in LA and USC has many partnerships with local organizations i'd specifically like to gain experience under 3) I'm considering research/policy so an OTD would be ideal. It's difficult knowing how heavily decisions revolve around money.. :/
Hey @otschoopls! With the deadline to pay the seat deposit coming up I was just wondering if you decided on going to CSUDH or not.

has anyone heard anything from OSU?
Not since they emailed about potential interview dates. I emailed they said invites for December candidates day is ongoing.

Has anyone heard anything from any other schools recently?
I have a deadline for Belmont to submit a deposit but because of the cost/small size of the school, they're not my top school! I've asked for one more extension but I've already gotten one so

Hi! Can you give me any insight into the interview process? Can you interview in person or is virtual preferred? Also, I am confused about the group part of the interviews. Is it just a bunch of people talking over each other to try and stand out?

I got accepted to west coast (MSOT) and university of st. Augustine (OTD) too!! Still deciding though. May I ask why you chose West Coast over University of St. Augustine 😅? I’ve been weighing pros and cons and still can’t decide.
