I applied to a limited number or programs as I'm geographically constrained by caregiver and family needs and am a non traditional applicant (hoping to transition from primary care after 10+ years in practice). I haven't heard anything at all and am losing hope. Do program directors find additional communications annoying or are they pretty standard application practice? Wishing everyone good luck this season!

Sorry to hear that! Out of curiosity, where have you applied? For example, a lot of Northeast programs apparently haven't sent out invites yet. I wouldn't lose hope yet!
