Help with foundation

Hello,

How would you build a foundation? DIT or boards and beyond?


I feel DIT misses some things. Like in GI for B12 deficiency they wrote nutrition. Shouldn’t they be more detailed?

I did DIT an old version I felt it was too passive and bare bones. People love boards and beyond I wish I knew of it sooner. I’d go with that.
