Aside from collecting shoes and donating them, what are some other charity works that podiatrists can do?

I know many run down cities like Oakland run charity based podiatry clinics.
I dont remember if I worked with DPM's but there was a massive project my undergrad university got to participate in called Jaipur Foot, which was designed to provide cheap/affordable prosthetic feet to people in less fortunate nations.
