hello,
i was just wondering about the life of gastroenterologists with regards to how much time they spend in the hospital/how many hospitals they tend to cover, how many patients they have on an average day, specific days for procedures and where these procedures are performed (GI suite/office or the hospital), and how much time they spend with family/friends.
basically i just wanna get a gist of the types of practices out there whether it varies markedly with each physician/region/procedures. i found some threads out there, but i am looking for some more detailed information. thanks everybody.
