Congrats @starfun21 !!!!
Indiana! No date yet.
Hey! New to this forum, applicant for this cycle but most of my apps weren't completed till around 8/15...hence no IIs or rejections yet ha. Anyway, was just wondering if anyone receiving any II submitted only new 2015 MCAT scores. I'm curious what sorts of scores MD/PhD programs will accept for the new test. Anyway, good luck to everyone
I would also assume percentiles, but in case concrete numbers are more helpful, I've been successful so far with a 520!Hey! By way of comparison -- 518, one pretty fast rejection and silence on all other fronts so farI would also assume percentiles, but in case concrete numbers are more helpful, I've been successful so far with a 520!

Thanks! I know. Just want to post my first II!Correlation =/= causation. I highly doubt 518 will prevent you from getting interviews.
If we're going down this route... 517, multiple really quick rejections, no other news. Although that could be my relatively average MCAT combined with mediocre to below-average GPA.By way of comparison -- 518, one pretty fast rejection and silence on all other fronts so far
Best of luck. I applied to 33 programs because of my stats disparity, and because if I don't get in this cycle I'm pretty much SOL.Oof...yeah I have a 517, too...but also a good GPA from a good university. Still though...we will see what happens!

Found out today when I called about something unrelated that University of Illinois at Chicago will be reviewing the first set of MSTP applications on Sept 8th. Thought this might be useful info for anyone else that might have applied to UIC
I meant that the first round would be going out then. So, in like two weeks!So... first round of MSTP II already went out at UIC?

No, but they have a portal where you can check that they have all your letters so that's what I used to check on my status!Did you ever receive a complete email from them?
Thanks! Feeling super lucky and incredibly excited to meet all of you guys on the trail soon!Congrats @fiesta! You're on a roll!

Awwwww!! Thank you all very much. This really means a lot to me I'm so grateful to already know an amazing community of future physician scientists! Can't wait to continue to cheer you all on as well!!!
@BR2016 @nmusdposter @inky @MSTPCRUSADER @fiesta
@pineapplecake Yep Perelman!! I was also super surprised, but I am excited beyond belief. I think their IIs go out by graduate group, so neuro or immuno may not be out yet.
Thank you!!Ohh good to know! Congratulations again!!!
