Wright State University vs. The Commonwealth in PA

Would anyone be able to give me any insights into pros and cons of both schools? I am interested in Internal med with hematology specialty but would like to leave this open. Not too sure. I am a PA resident.

which one is cheaper?

care about class size? TCMC is small.

nicer facilities? you get to have a brand new med school for 2nd year at TCMC...that will be nice.


location? Do you care about being close to home?


I don't think prestige here is much of an issue, because neither school is very prestigious. My guess is that TCMC will be more competitive in the future than Wright State ever will be.

Wright State apparently has brand new facilities and is pretty ballin'. The Commonwealth is not very established yet. At Wright State you'd get in-state tuition after a year. Something to think about.

all points well taken...I have one question...why do you think TCMC would be more competitive than Wright State in the future?

That's one thing to consider...
