I have already applied but my gpa is 3.5c and 3.63s (no trend really, pretty stable-ish was up and down, more down last 2 years). I believe I had a rigorous curriculum which led me to a 520 MCAT. I tried to pick schools from MSAR (minus a few moonshots) where my GPA wasn't below 10%tile or too far removed below but still for admissions thats like, what 20 people in total if you have for example 200 people admitted for a class of 130s?
However im still waiting on my committee letter (i'm hoping its as a whole a favorable recommendation packet along with the other individual letters attached to it) so Im not early anymore, which from reading sdn/reddit was pretty key for people with unbalanced stats.
What are my odds of getting into at least one school from my list?

I think decent EC's, current gap year position is research based, in addition to pretty good amount through u-grad years, have a under-review paper out of it
volunteer emt'ing makes up most of my clinical/volunteer work for 9ish hours a week on overnight shifts for over year and half

I can't stay at my current research job past this year as it would be career suicide so if its not in the cards for me to go to med school i need to figure out a new career.
