Have not heard from them since my interview. Wonder if they have extended their offers already. So anxious!!

UPMC offered me a position 3 weeks ago. I obviously declined. Two of my friends are going there though. I think that the program is filled up. People may disagree with me but after interviewing at 14 Programs I can tell you that UPMC program is probably over rated. Don't take this the wrong way. It is certainly a very good program. Other Programs are probably as good though. I believe UPMC has history on it's side but in reality many other Programs have caught up. I think that from a pure opportunities to learn stand point, (research or not) UW, Mayo and Wash U are probably as good if not better. Rep wise as well, these Programs are exceptional.
