i must say i'm quite partial to midwest myself...U of Iowa has some pretty hot girls in the pharmacy program. Turns out all the hot party girls are actually pretty smart here in Iowa City...:D Seriously Iowa city is the place to be...its a damn good time. great nightlife, great ladies :) i thought to myself that this was a pretty sweet forum we got goin on here (sarcasm), but then i thought, what the hell i will put my 2 cents in because lets be honest..we are all mostly thinkin the same thing. who wouldn't want to go to a school that has a bunch of hot people? i know i would..

Everyone here is so full of themselves it's fckin hilarious! You all will be so stressed out from school and won't even have time to flirt/date let alone enter a relationship. I went to 5 interviews, which were Notre Dame, Jefferson, CCP, South, NOVA, and I must say the candidate pool at South is the most attractive (cute guys cuz I'm a girl) haha

Midwest represent! I'd be inclined to agree that Iowa City has a lot of good looking ladies. But right now I go to "that other school" Haha.

i think its F up that most female who are into science are not into dating/flirting!!! DAMn it its soo frustrating when most classes you take are science classes and most femlales only talk amongst themselves!!!! if you humanities courses you find alot of cute girls, but they wont talk to you cuz you're nerdy!!!!! arghh!!!! this is DA<MMN frustrating1!!!

yes i put myself on a pedestal... literally... i have a little pedestal at my apt that i stand on for 5 min every morning b4 going to class to feel the awesomeness

I can assure you that being a pharmacy major doesn't make you look nerdy and unattractive to a girl, from my experiences. If they expect you to be with them every day, then they are unrealistic. Every weekday, I go to school, I go to the hookah bar after school with my books and laptop, I study there until 9PM-2AM, I come home, I sleep. And maybe 1-2 times a week, I'll meet a girl there.

Usually it goes like this.

Me - I'm studying or taking a break playing video games on my laptop.

The manager comes up to me and says, "hey sparda, we're kinda outta room in this place, do you mind if these girls come and sit at your table?"
Me - Not at all.

So I continue studying (I have noise canceling headphones to block out the loud music and conversations. Besides that, the noise doesn't bother me at all because I can zone out easily. Eventually they'll look at my books and would be like "ooooh, pathology, oooh pharmaceutics". "Hey, how do you study here?" Of course, engaging in a conversation ends up ruining my plans for the study session.

I have been plagued with the same prob. throughout my undergrad. When I am studying around girls, I always have this weird smartness come over me. Some even notice it and ask me to shut up.:oops:

My solution is "stay in a place where my dirty mind would not interrupt me."

;) common misconception...understandable. Actually U of Iowa has some really hot girls. check out the campus girls of Iowa calender...they are all really hot, and most of them are in med school or other professional schools..so hot and smart. And girls around here are really modest..they don't even know how cute they are..which is nice. i don't know how the guy pool at iowa fares..don't check out other guys too often but the girls don't seem to complain..
 
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that any place that has hot weather will have hot people.

Hotter the weather = less clothing = more compelled to look better physically.

Of course, there are exceptions to the rule.
 
I might be a little biased but...

Florida. UF hasn't let me down in the last 4 years and neither has my hometown FtL

Cali can be a close second haha

totally appreciate this post...breaks the stress of waiting for interviews / going to interviews
