I got to watch some procedures at a local hospital, and the computer system prints out an "Anesthesia Log Sheet" at the end of each procedure. They type in certain things and it also pulls data from the infusion pump and vital signs monitors, it seems.

The sheets are fascinating, but I obviously was not allowed to really look at them or take them home.

Where can I find a bunch of these anesthesia log sheets with the patient names removed?

Thanks.

you are referring to the anesthesia record which documents vital signs, vent settings, and meds administered (amongst other things). I am not aware of anywhere you can look at a bunch of them although I'm assuming if you google "anesthesia record" you will find at least a few pics of either computerized print outs or hand written records.
