what jobs does exercise science open?

I wanted to be in PT program but rutgers doesn't have that instead they have exercise science.
Can I still be a PT after I get my undergrad or masters from that program?
I'm only a junior in high school. I need a desperate help PLEASE
what other jobs are there for mastering in exercise science?

Also, after I finish exercise program what will be my next step? med school?
For now I just really want to become a PT

If by PT you mean Physical Therapist

Then yes, you would earn your undergrad degree and then apply to a graduate program.
