weak blue eyes, white skin and hairs

hello all,
my name is atin.i m from india/Punjab
by birth,my eyes are very very weak and blue in colour..
my skin is white and i have white hairs on my head and body..

my eyes are very weak that i cant read board in classroom
i cant face direct sunlight.
i use computer by going very very near to screen..
i read book by keeping it as near as possible to my face

please please help me..any solution for my problem??
