Associate concertmistress in orchestra for one semester

Dean's List in the final semester

I graduated undergrad in 2019 and grad in 2023. Would like to note that I am looking into both MD and DO schools. I am not looking to applying to Texas schools. For location, staying close to the east coast would be ideal, but I'm relatively flexible. About 20-25 schools would be great, but I'm willing to consider maybe up to 30 if needed.

Considering these so far for MD (allopathic):
UMD (state school)
SUNY Upstate
SUNY Downstate
George Washington
Georgetown
Tulane
Creighton
University of Vermont
Missouri-Kansas City
Northeast Ohio

Considering these so far for DO (osteopathic):
NYIT
PCOM
LECOM
Burrell
Michigan State
Tuoro (in NV)
Rocky Vista
Western U
UNECOM

You have several state public schools on your list that admit very few (if any) non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
I suggest these DO schools with your stats:
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
UNECOM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
ACOM
NOVA
MU-COM
UIWSOM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
AZCOM
TUNCOM
LMU-DCOM
You are not competitive for MD schools with your GPAs but you could try these:
Maryland
West Virginia
NOVA MD
Belmont
Drexel
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)

How much outreach have you done during your gap year to other medical schools that interest you, and what feedback have you received?

What is your purpose as a physician? What opportunities are important to you to achieve your goals?
