Do not apply early decision. You could receive interviews at some MD schools but DO schools are where your best chances are.
I suggest these MD schools:
Wayne State
Michigan State
George Washington
Jefferson
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Medical College Wisconsin
New York Medical College
Tulane
Virginia Commonwealth
Also any DO schools that accept applications from internationals.
