UNECOM house on beach!! NEED ROOMMATE!

Look guys, I someone, anyone to live with me in an amazing house at UNECOM. If I have a roommate, it will be extremely chepa for both of us. If not, I am dead. 400 a month, plus some cheap utilities. FULL furnishing, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, living areas, lots of parking space. 1.8 MILES FROM SCHOOL, great beach near frontyard and little river in backyard. Move-in date is on labor day........I WILL FIND US A HOUSE to stay in for the first month.
