Hi everyone!

My name is Lisa and I'm a current OB/GYN PGY3 at Stamford Hospital. I'm conducting a survey study on aneuploidy screening recommendations and am kindly requesting your participation in a brief 3 minute survey.

The goal of the survey is to assess OB/GYN attending and resident knowledge regarding aneuploidy screening recommendations for patients who underwent in vitro fertilization with preimplantation genetic testing.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. By completing the survey, you consent to participation in this study.
