I'm seeking support from fellow moms. I will be PGY1 this July and I have a 5.5yo and 20 months old children at home. I do some family and an au pair at home to help. I know I signed up for this and I am preparing myself for it. I feel ready but still anxious about the whole thing.
Any moms in the same boat? I am older, the only mom in our resident group. The chief is a guy and I don't think he has child(ren.)
