Question on Away rotation

Do most programs require that you finish all your third year requirements in order for you to do away rotation? Or is there only certain rotation that you must have completed before you can to an away rotation? And when is a good time to do an away rotation? Thanks for the help.

You should do them in your fourt year, after you've done a Urology AI at your home institution if there is one. The earlier the better.
