question about hema/onc fellowship application

if in the PS I say my goal is to be an academic oncologist, will it close the door to the community hospital programs? if so, what should i say about my career goal in the ps to meet both university program and community program?

Write two different ones. Or just apply to academic programs. Problem solved.
