I will be applying in summer 2020 for Fall 2021 admission for DPT admission I started undergraduate Fall 2014 semester and finished Fall 2018 semester. Will all the courses I took all those semesters count for all the schools I apply to? Or will the courses I took say Fall 2014 semester and Spring 2015 semester not count or something? I hear it's like a 5 year thing on courses or something.

No worries, most of them seem to accept courses within the past 10 years or even without a limit, but yes, some do require courses to be in the last 5 years. It seems like, for most of them, they only put the 5 year requirement on the core requirements like A&P.
I graduated with my bachelor's in 2013, and I may only need to retake one or two courses, if any. You'll be fine. Just check everyone's website to make sure before you apply.
